My initial response
My first reaction to the main
task was that I was shocked at how short the time limit was for the product. At
GCSE level we were given a maximum of three minutes so fitting in a
large variety of cinematography and editing techniques into a shorter
product will be a lot more difficult but I am up for the challenge! I am also
very excited that the genre is thriller because it is one of my favourite movie
genres and also I believe that my experience of creating a crime drama opening
sequence for my GCSE piece will benefit me hugely. I think that I will be able
to create a tense, gripping final product and I'm very
enthusiastic and can't wait to get started.
